Hey, I’m currently being considered for an internal SM role at BCG. I’m currently at a L7 (mgr) consulting/advisory level at a tier 1 city in the tech finance space. MBA. I’m interested in understanding the difference in comp between an internal SM role verses client/advisory SM within tech finance? Pros/cons? Would appreciate any feedback.
Can anyone tell how's the written test of IBM is for Salesforce and also what would be the main focus in the interview. Thanks

Hi Fishes, I wanted your help to understand how I am doing in my career and how I can potentially improve my career as well as CTC in the coming future.
Here's a break down of my experience
Total: 2 yrs 2 months
1st org, service based startup (7 months): Android dev + Jsp Servlet + also had to maintain a PHP project.
2nd org, product based (1yr 7 mths): Java Spring Boot, Apache Spark, GRPC, kubernetes and Bash.
Currently my CTC is 5.5
Am I underpaid? If so, how can I improve my CTC?
Anyone interviewed with Alcon? Interviewing for their analytics senior manager. Would love any insights
Looking to transition to a fully remote consulting job. I'm a data analyst with project management experience. Any suggestions of places currently hiring?
What % of our work do you think is actually value adding for a client vs just wasting their money? Based on the projects over seen and been a part of so far I would say it’s pretty low, maybe 60%
I see a ton of super chic women wearing low cut white sneakers over weekends with dresses. I would love to grab a pair myself. Which ones do you recommend? And are they comfy?
Only way to stop racism/bigotry is to teach next generation kids in school/home on our shameful racism history (massacre of native americans, slavery, ali list goes on).
We cannot change anything unless we accept it.
In germany, they overcome nazi history by teaching in schools unlike in US as most of us pretend as it never happened.
It’s that time of year for firms to consider attorney promotions. How has covid affected that? If someone’s hours or origination credit is lower, do you give some leeway and still consider them for promotion? Or is it “business is business” & you apply the same rules as in normal years? I’m curious how other firms are handling.
