Our district made the GREAT decision to cancel all PD for this school year. They stated there was too much on our backs already.

I’m so jealous. It was a good training but I was so distracted by other things that I HAVE to get done today...we are making more changes tomorrow.

Remember this phrase- we can all be replaced at any given time! As long as we puppet- the puppet master dictates moves; the more you human the less respect you and your work- even when it’s great get accepted!!!!

I think I’m getting to the point where I might be okay with being replaced. I’d prefer on my own terms but I’m pretty much not appreciating the extra work without compensation. My concern is they will say, “y’all handled it just fine during the pandemic.” Umm, no, no I am not handing it well at all. 🥺

That’s awesome! I wish we had complained more. We have PD all day and we did not have a voice as far as what kind of training we wanted and needed. I agree with you 100%!!! District needs to listen to us and give us time to do grades.

We have virtual PD but are still required to come into the building. We are asking for the flexibility to do this from the location of our choosing... just for this one day. We will see if admin is gracious enough to treat us like professionals and give us this.

Latest is that we will be required to come in the building for this.

my time could always be better utilized. drives me crazy!
