Hey Rob, not sure if you had a hand in crafting this, but this was - BY FAR - the best example of corporate leadership I've ever seen.
Transparent; Empathetic; Clear; Human.
Can you speak a bit about how ethics permeates AirBnBs culture?

Prepare lots of examples where things went well and where things didn't go well and expect questions about your role in those examples, how you turned a bad into a positive, etc. Remember to also think through the hypothetical questions carefully, always pause after a question, ask clarifying questions (they will always give more context, I promise) don't just start assuming things, ask! Jeff's YT channel helped me land my role, so please watch his videos carefully and take notes. I went to his website to potentially get interview help but didn't end up needing it and he still sent an email with a free course that helped tremendously. I hope you do the same! All the best to you!
Thanks so much for your reply. DMed you for a quick question on that.
I recently got a role in security audit. What i found in my interviews was very direct role playing questions. Like interviewer asked “imagine I’m a product lead for the X product. If you’re auditing me, what would you ask me?” And then you just have to come up with questions and discussion points right off the bat. It’s intimidating at first but if you can come up with good points and justify your questions based on the details the interviewer gives you, you should be good.

Good luck.
These are generally known as the “onsites” (pre Covid, literally on site at a Google office) and your recruiter should give you more specific information about what to expect in each one.
