Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Hey Folks. I hope I am posting in the right space about this. Anyone knows the updated(2022) compensation range for QA Automation Engineers with 2 years experience?
A general range at Glassdoor has an average base pay at 110K/year shorturl.at/dhuIZ and I am looking for more sources. Cheers

This job is miserable without travel.
EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?
Any Bain folk willing to connect?

no
No it’s a number of reasons
1) We pigeonhole people into an industry from day 1 and the vast majority of MBA students don’t want that
2) No counsel out period
3) Stigma of being associated with an audit firm
4) Stupid firm name
5) Smaller alumni network
6) Reliance on stupid metrics such as utilization, above all else
I could keep going
No, and they likely won’t for any group outside of S&. Big 4’s management consulting groups do not compete directly with MBB (for talent).
BCG increased 10% to (I believe) ~$160k
They never matched it before, why should that start now?
@D1 BCG is $165k and other 2 have followed suit to a similar amount.
Thanks S1- figured as much and wasn’t being the Big 4 as a whole but more EY Parthenon, S&, and S&O
Some groups at EY have raised to 170K and 155K
For S&, they are currently figuring out the compensation levels for July 2019, should know more in the next 2-4 weeks (hopefully for sell weekend).
What is the new mbb post salary?
PwC did increase offer, not just S&.
Accenture Strategy has
EY1 which one is 170? I’ll make sure to apply 👀
What about Atk or lek?
Lol @S1, what difference does it make if we raise to 165
We currently lose to LEK/ATK and we’re already above them
Strategy& is it partly because the salary progression is faster at Lek and Atk?
Strategy here increased to 165 too
Any other confirmations on Accenture increase? My friends there have said they have not increased.
A2, are you sure you're not thinking of the mid-year bump for M1?
S& increased July offers to $150k from $147k prior to the BCG hump. I’m assuming PwC MC did something similar.
Since the BCG increase, McK and Bain have clear intent to increase (if they haven’t already). ATK has increased as well. Not sure about LEK and OW.
S& leadership has announced intent to modify the compensation, but hasn’t announced the number yet. We’re hoping that we will get an answer by Sell Weekend (2 weeks), but, if not, we’ve been told we will hear by end of December. Either way, salaried will not change until July 2019.
Parthenon is already at $170k base with much smaller bonus incentives (essentially equal to high-end of S& total compensation). They will obviously have to do something as well to retain / recruit talent.
Not sure what Deloitte is doing.
ACN Strategy definitely has. I was recruiting at Booth a few weeks ago and was told by the recruiting team about the new packages for the 2019 class
