Have the stupidest question.. how can I create an additional ad account on TW Ads when I log in with client's credential (actual brand account)? Do I need to work with a TW rep?

Hi I got an offer letter from TCS.

Today I contacted The person who interviewed me and he told like the client interview will be scheduled shortly..
And I told him I got an offer letter already and I accepted it, He told like they just interview and don't know about the backend processes.

So now I am confused, will i have another round of interview ?
