I seem to be having trouble even getting interviews for tech product roles. Are companies looking for people with more years experience? I also don't have hard CS skills other than SQL/R; is this an area should be focusing on?

Hello! I have 9 years total of healthcare experience and 5 years of that I was a Residential supervisor for a brain injury rehabilitation. I don’t have a degree only college credits I’m trying to obtain a Psychology degree. I’ve been applying to countless jobs on Indeed and barely get an call backs for an interview.
