Have worked at PwC in US / UK with 4.5 YOE. Manager now and 25 years of age. What do you guys think above a move to MBB India? What level should I try to recruit at? Currently based in London but considering a move back. Do I need an MBA (I have a CS Undergrad from US)?

Why wouldn’t you do MBB in the US/UK? They recruit knowing globally each office operates differently.

India is where the growth is at - plus if I have my own idea etc at some point I can much more easily try it. If in the next 20 years India’s economy is going to go from 3Tn to 10+ then surely there’s an opportunity for new businesses to come up

How do you pick an industry to exit to? I don’t have much experience, and I’m not a big fan of consulting, but I’m not sure where else I could get a decent paycheck and maintain some optionality to exit to an industry I like. Any thoughts on ESPPs? I finished a final round with a startup who was acquired by a well known corporate company in late 2020. The startup used to offer stock but now employees can only buy stock through the parent’s ESPP at a 15% decrease of market rate (currently $300/share). Base would be $140K, 10% bonus.
