How's the leave policy in Pwc AC Bangalore? I joined here recently and I'm not sure on what basis the leaves are added. In my previous organisation for every month it automatically adds 15 hours (1.5 days) of leave every month and the maximum leaves eligible was 30 days. And I got 7 days sick leave on top of that from every September. So could someone let me know how it works in @pwc ac Bangalore?

One of my best friends is going through this. They broke up three times over the course of 5 years, then finally got married last summer. I was against the marriage (even though I love them both) because of their constant back and forth. She convinced me they were over that (therapy, worked out all the factors that contributed to the break ups, etc.) and fully were committed before the wedding, so I jumped in with my full support. And now, just shy of their one year anniversary they’re talking the D word. Breaks my heart... I don’t think that behavior can be fixed. Either you’re committed and good together, or your not. I wish they’d just stayed committed friends...

Nope. There's a reason why you're taking said breaks, and people are mostly unlikely to change, which means the problem(s) aren't likely to go away. I'd save your energy and time and move on.

No. If a relationship needs that much work now, how can it last through a marriage? Remember, never settle for less and don’t ever convince someone to be with you
Nope. Had an on off relation with someone for 5 years. Should have wasted that much time. Leave early while you can.
