Yes of course. You pay a social and professional tax when overweight.
Ive been treated a lot better since getting in good shape.
I’m chunky and I’ve never had problems making friends, and all my friends are of different sizes... dating on the other hand is a night mare
Of course for being overweight. But I’m sure no one discriminates skinny people lol
D3 so serious 🤣

I feel like people were a lot nicer to me when I was skinnier
Hell yes!! All my teams have discriminated against me for my weight. Often times when we order team lunches they’d “suggest” a salad for me while everyone else ordered sandwiches. Tres awkward. Now since I’ve been in quarantine, I’ve dropped 40lbs so we’ll see when I get back.
Also @SM1, I shouldn’t laugh but seeing you write “fatty boom boom” made me cry laugh 😂😂 Where I’m from it’s just a common nickname with no derogatory meaning.
Well if you only had 40 pounds to lose then you probably weren’t a fatty boom boom. A fatty boom boom is a guy whose weight starts with 3 or more, or girl whose weight starts with 2 or more.

My group of friends is the full spectrum from borderline anorexic to quite overweight. About the only demographic not included is morbidly obese, but that's because I don't think I know anyone who's that overweight.
Never made a difference to me, but I understand I am a N=1.
It’s a sample size of 1

No because I have self control
I’m skinny so I haven’t noticed any - but I also am friends will numerous people who weigh more or significantly more than me. I honestly don’t care. But is this a thing? What discrimination is happening that I don’t see? (Talking about making new friends.). How do you know it’s your weight and not just someone not clicking?
