Have you ever felt like crying your heart out loud. I don't know what is bothering me among the many things that are stressing me out, but I have been feeling like I want to cry loudly. What can I do?

If it makes you feel better know that crying is literally one of the ways our body responds to being stressed and tears contain cortisol (our body releasing it)

I just cried a big ugly body heaving cry Saturday night while blubbering to my husband the 14 different things that had been turning up the stress and pressure until I had a melt down. He just hugged me and helped me unpack. I felt much better after. Even crying them out like a hot mess helped me to actually name and identify the things making me feel so stressed. Didn’t realize I had so much bubbling up inside until it was pouring out.

Do it on your own, with SO, or call a trusted close friend, etc. But either way let it out. Be kind to yourself and give yourself the space and understanding to let your feelings out.

Body needs to process stress and grief. Find a place to let it out, and don't fight it. I would suggest you have something in mind to do afterwards, so don't make crying this endless thing you slump into at the end, but have a plan to cook or go to the gym or take a shower with some vanilla body scrub after...anything that soothes you and occupies your mind (but not work).

Cry when you get home. This is normal, especially when you have a lot going on.

I have definitely had those days! I have a very forgiving sofa and have wailed my heart into it as loud as I could (pillows help prevent the neighbors from calling the police). Agree with the recommendation to have an exit strategy once you get it all out. You got this.

Definitely cry.

Sweat it out whether it’s infrared sauna, yoga or boxing class. Therapy doesn’t hurt

Cry! Put on a sad movie and comfy clothes, and cry yourself to sleep. It’s genuinely cathartic.

I do that at a times when I’m sad . I go alone back to my room and cry my heart out. After sometimes I have clear mind and peace . It’s ok to express yourself openly sometimes. Hope you feel better soon❤️

Cry loudly and let it out?

Crying serves a very real physical and mental purpose. I call it brain sweat. Let it out and rejoice! It is prob a healthy response to whichever stressor(s) you are experiencing
