I received an offer with a tech company for ~$200k base and ~$200k RSUs vesting over 4 years. This has come up on a few recent threads but could someone please comment on how to think about the RSU piece of the comp? What generally happens after 4 years? Will my comp take a dip or do companies usually grant more RSUs that would be somewhat equivalent?

may try to offer lower than what was
