In first year at Big 4 advisory firm and assignments are scarce; killing my utilization. Should I look for another job or are newbies given slack? Anyone laid off in first year or been through it?

Does anyone have input as to how most designers or graphic designers are doing during this pandemic? Since January 2020, I became laid off from my job working full-time and remotely for a Southwest Florida urologist that I worked for about 10 years. no it seemed I was going to get my job back around July of last year, he decided to create a partnership with an oncologist who had his own marketing team. Because of the partnership, it looks like I can only work freelance for them now.

Found out my team/agency just lost the brand I’ve been assigned to. Has anyone else been in this situation? Should I expect layoffs even though leadership is saying not to worry about job security?

Is this document needs to be submited during joing or it is needed to be uploaded during BCG initiation process?? Because you will not have that letter untill your employer finally releases you correct?
