I got lucky from the get go and am on an amazing team. I've found both my mentor, PML, and sponsor here. This has allowed me to take on great opportunities to further my career in a way I want it to to while having people above me to talk to who understand my current situation me goals.
Yeah. I have a manager that kills it at work, kills it at home with his family, is super kind and inclusive. I've had other seniors and managers that model their engagements after him and overall he really sets the tone for every team he's on. #goals
Cherish those leaders - very hard to come by.
My relationship partner is a badass. I want his skills and practice. Only one I've seen that doesn't just wait for clients to be spoon fed to him...and he fishes with a bow and arrow.
