@Ladies/minorities: Have you freelanced at an IPG agency using your EIN? Did you have to register/certify as a woman owned business or small business with the orgs they list?

Ah, that explains one way a holding company or agency can say they’ve made a commitment to minority- and/or women-owned businesses: registering every solo freelancer as a business across the board.

They said I can leave it blank

I’m a minority owned business as a vendor for both IPG and WPP. It’s been incredibly hard to start that conversation for some reason. Not sure why.

INSEAD vs LBS: Targeting MBBs post MBA. Profile: Nationality - Indian, Current Location - London, Experience: ~6.5 years across Deloitte and EY. Currently on track for Manager promotion at Deloitte next year. My main concern is around sponsorship, are MBBs looking to hire non-Europeans esp. @INSEAD? People say it is a consulting school but majority of campus hires are EU / British citizens. Not sure if Brexit has changed something recently.

Heelllppp! My husband accidentally left his grocery COVID disinfectant spray in the same spot where I keep my water spray bottle (they are unfortunately the same color) I sprayed a sweet red pepper plant with the mix generously and poured some in because the plant seemed dry. It’s 70% ethanol. What should I do?? Repot immediately with fresh soil?

I'm an SA st pwc (but I'm finding work to be boring and exhausting) just got an offer as a senior consultant with a much smaller consulting firm (~30 FTs).. Just a bit higher pay but more vacation time and some extra perks. I'm moving from PwC for better work life balance and enjoyable/more visible work opportunities. now that I have the offer though I feel hesitant to be making a lateral move to something much smaller and not a known name. What are some things I should be taking into consideration?
