Debating between an offer from 200 employee company vs Zoom (the company).
The smaller company has good benefits, great wlb and a great culture per Glassdoor reviews. But its an HR software and not easy to sell.
Compensation is similar.
Never worked in a big company like zoom before, what are the pros, and the drawbacks?

I can relate.

EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?

Is this the same McK person complaining about no Black representation in senior leadership positions?
Wondering who is answering the questions? Something doesn’t quite add up

Is this the same bowl that gets posted every few days, or a different bowl, or…? Is there a reason for the constant posting?

Thanks for clarifying. Have a great Sunday!

These reactions are fairly common to this sort of post. If this doesn’t tell you that you need to join this bowl and why I’m not sure what will.

Is this the same bowl that requires “100% vetting”? You never did tell me what goes into the vetting process…
