Start eating nuts. That helps.
Do some pelvic exercises to strengthen the urinary bladder and pelvic area. That can help a lot. Having gone through same problem, my doctor said this.
I’m doing this and it helps. Hard to commit to do physio every day but I’m trying!
Do you drink anything within an hour or two of going to bed? It's relatively normal to have to wake up and pee.

I had a dream this morning where I want to pee so bad and so in my dream I did pee. I woke up to make sure i didn’t pee in real . This is about 8:30 am on Sunday . 38M here

You’re too young for that. Have your urinary tract and kidneys checked.
I take hypertension medication so maybe that's why but will check it out!!
You guys sleep past 6am on the weekends? #newparent. #fml
Rising Star
Every night. Sometime twice. 36M here.
Same but 27 🙁
If I don't chug a ton of water before bed, I wake up feeling like I have a hangover even though I didn't drink. As a result I have to get up to pee at least once per night. Ugh

39M, I can make it through most nights, only getting up once or twice per week for a midnight pee. I do drink a ton of water per day, usually 3-4l, so that doesn't help me make it through the night 🤷
Could be signs of diabetes. Get your HbA1c levels checked
Same. Don’t drink anything within two hours of bed. It solves the problem but you’ll wake up dehydrated 😭
Check for diabetes or enlarged prostate.

Definitely wake up at 7am every day for that reason. Truly hope it doesn’t get earlier than that down the line. 34M.
Chief
Oh no. At that point I would make sure not to drink anything an hour or two before going to bed. I’m too lazy.

I am 42 and doesn’t happen to me lol. See your doctor
Yeah 47M here and this doesn’t happen to me either - although my primary care physician does think that is somewhat unusual for my age so 🤷♂️
Rising Star
No. I’m 31 and unless I’m in a super humid + cold room don’t have that problem.
34M during winters. I was so worried that I might be pre-diabetic. Doc confirmed I’m not. Phew. 😅
Do you drink alcohol frequently?
I found that when I drank 2-3 times per week, I would generally wake up most nights. Cut out alcohol for a couple of months and I slept through every night.
Alcohol is a diuretic on days you drink and impacts your circadian rhythms for a couple of days. If you don't want to go to the doctor right now, I would dry out for a month and see if the problem goes away. Agree you are too young for this.
29 and always had to pee once at night, all my life

You've also likely gotten better at staying hydrated as you've gotten older.
It doesn’t get better!
