My ultimate aim to is grow my career in Big 4 in Middle East. I’m a tax consultant with 3 years of experience in tax compliance. To increase the weightage of my CV and opportunities, I’m planning to pursue Enrolled Agent (EA) course. Am I on the right path ? Suggestions and opinions are most welcome!

If I prefer coding should I keep going down the data analytics road or not so much? I am currently an "analyst" for an extremely small business with not a ton of data to sift through + I have done a tiny bit of coding for their website. Hello All, my joining date needs to be extended by 5 days in JPMC and HR said in call that no revised offer letter based on new joining date will be issued and new joining date confirmation will be somewhat communicated prior to 3 days of onboarding.
However he mentioned he will reply back with a confirmation email on top of the email which I have sent requesting for revised joining date.
Do you see any risk of offer cancellation/revocation here?

How do you go about building trust with your partner?

I’m in a fairly new relationship (few months) and it’s long distance. Both of us have trust issues, and we are trying to find way to build that trust between us. We want to do it without having to constantly prove ourselves, as we feel that undermines much of the trust.

Hey gang, lately I have been thinking if I got underpaid. Graduated from master school right after 2020 pandemic and started by 68K as UXD in digital sales company based in NYC. With 2 YOE the salary went up by 3% and 5% average promotion. Now it comes up to 75K w/ 6K bonus. What do you think of this? Ah man, I've been searching for the right job after leaving my old job as assistant director of marketing at Fordham University last year. I feel like I am not getting clear guidance or leadership from my design manager or my PM. I have been creating project initiatives, frameworks and discussion guides but there is no one really assisting me in creating them or stepping up to make decisions on the best path forward. I am trying my best but it seems like I am the only one creating execution docs and coordinating efforts across all stakeholders. Isn’t this my PM and Design managers role? Is this a major red flag?
