Instead of motivating myself for the whole day I do it increments. Morning motivation gets me to lunch and afternoon gets me till it's time to pack up and head out. I also take little breaks and take a walk with some music to amp me up or de-stress me depending on the situation.

Sometimes it’s helpful to stop and give yourself the mental break you need. If you’re not being productive and the deadline can wait pause to refocus
