My sheet has multiple cells with Notes. Whenever I reorder rows or add new columns, the notes go completely out of whack (get displaced or squeezed). Any quick fixes? Also why does this happen?

My elderly Mom who lives with me suddenly died this week. I found her unresponsive in the shower, called 911, and I had to give her CPR to her lifeless body. The 911 operator was probably hearing my screams and cries as I was doing it. It was probably a stroke. The EMT and doctor via phone pronounced her dead after attempting life saving measures for an hour. Mom was my only family in the US, my best friend, and everything I was trying to work and support towards. I'm feeling so lost now.

Growing up, I always had to yield to my temperamental dad and be adjusting / accommodating. I now strive to be more assertive, but sometimes it’s hard.
