Having a really low weekend. What are somethings I can do to feel even a tiny bit better. Food doesn't interest me atm. Don't feel like working out. I just ran a load of laundry because I like the smell of fresh laundry but I can't think of much else to do (stuck in a suburban home with no car atm)

Light a candle, paint your nails, read a book, organize a drawer, write in a journal, do a meditation session, watch a movie, see if your friends want to do a impromptu FaceTime call, online shop, research a potential new hobby, take a look at your finances, do a body stretch session!

Crank the AC, put your favorite pj's/sweats and blanket in the dryer to warm them up, then snuggle up with them on and watch your favorite movie. If you have it, light a nice candle so the house smells good and grab a bowl of ice cream or a nice glass of something.

I watch a sad movie to make me cry and get the emotions out. Then I watch a favorite romantic comedy or lighthearted movie to help lift my spirits up a little.

Sometimes I'll blast on some high energy music and dance like an idiot. Always makes me laugh by the end of it. Hope you feel better. This stranger is sending you positive vibes and virtual hugs ❤

My friend who I have known for 10 years recently became really weird about paying me back for things and I’m not sure how to handle it. Do you find that you have little patience for texting on the dating apps? I find myself trading texts for a couple of days and then ready to either talk, meet or move on.
