Drag it down. The 1 in the Match function finds the largest value that is smaller than the value in column C

Do the volumes and prices in column F correspond to a month or given range of months? I don’t see how they correspond.
It seems the price changes depending on the volume in each month. So OP is asking ‘how can I assign a price for each month, based on how high the volume was that month. The complexity is that the monthly volume does not exactly match the volumes used to display price.
I think minifs works in this case
