I am interviewing for an in-house tech co product counsel role and before they proceed with the next rounds they want to know if I'm fine with the comp. The base is $175+10-15% bonus (pre-ipo unicorn) +esop. The funny part is they are not willing to disclose the esop component so I don't know what the TC would look like to make an informed decision. What is a good way to nicely ask them about the equity part without messing up my chances.

I’ve been thinking of making a switch from audit to TAS. I’m currently a S1 (2 busy seasons experience), and rated as a top performer at my firm. Please, I am looking for ideas to motivate a virtual class. We want to set up a rewards program. However, we don’t want to reward for what the are supposed to complete. We also thought of homework passes & lunch with a teacher, because we are a virtual school independent study program. We see students for a short amount of time on zoom.
