Having one of those bad days. I never know why my thoughts trigger panic attacks sometimes and not others. What do you do to manage the pain when it comes on despite your best efforts?

I don’t manage it... I ride it off. Identifying it is already a big step. Now you can look at it and say “oh you again. F that. F your bulls*t” and wait for it to leave. You detach yourself and it doesn’t control you.

Hello, I'm new to glass door but thought this was pretty neat and 1 am looking for advice so why not. work for an animal shelter and love love love the job, however I was diagnosed with complex PTSD, chronic anxiety, and depression, a couple months after getting the job and my mental state has deteriorated more and more since, I also have IBS due to anxiety and here more recently I ended up in the er and was given medication that made me throw up so much I now have an abdominal hernia.
