I took time to think about it, being disappointed I applied for other jobs. Monday came and I decided to accept the offer. A week before starting my new position I got a call for one of the jobs I applied for. I am now going through to the last round of interviews the same week I start my new position. Would it be bad practice to accept another offer now?

I’m currently an AE who feels more like a Strategist and wants to pivot to a JS role. I’ve told the SLT at M&C Saatchi and they’re responding slowly (I’m now working hybrid roles on current projects/love the clients & people/got given a small pay rise) but they’re also telling me it’ll take time & it’s rare for an AE to become a JS.

However, I’ve potentially got a JS job offer with Anomaly (London). Do I stay and grow slowly, or do I go and get the role I want quickly?

Situation: i have a joining date of this month, which is less than my notice period and have another offer letter whose Joining date is after my lwd.

But the first offer is quite better than the second one and the HR of the first company is asking for LWD mail or proof, but I have that for next month.
