It’s just not relevant if you’re no longer a college hire and have a year of relevant experience or so since graduation.

Looking for your first job out if school? Fine.
Your second job? A little odd, but no big deal.
Your third job? Your resume speaks for itself, and now you're starting to look like Al Bundy bragging about how many touchdowns he had in one game at Polk High.

If your gpa isn’t on there then is it appropriate if you put that you were summa or Magna cum laude?

I don't care what these people say. I'm including that!
What if my GPA is 4.2 on a 4.0 scale from a prestigious tax llm program? Isn’t this relevant?
