Hbs interview invites tomorrow - how are R2 people holding up?

Hi! Question for P&G recruiting. If my status went from interview in process to inactive application, does that mean I did not pass the interview? I did not receive any rejection email from HR or from the system.Procter & Gamble

got a call from a recruiter for a job i’m super interested in on Tuesday. She followed up with an email, I thanked her.. now nothing. Can (should) I follow up again?

I applied for two roles at the same organization. One is people centered (directly serving team members) while the other is more of an HR operations role. I got an interview for the latter, but I think I may be more interested in the former. Any tips on how to express this in the interview?

Can we simulatneoulsy appear for interviews with different business units? Is it true that other business unit can also offer you even if you are selected in citi for some other unit?

I’m frustrated. I’ve been in the job market for an ungodly amount of time, applying to various companies and have had zero luck.

I’m getting worried nothing will pan out and would really appreciate words of wisdom. Is there a point when MBA doesn't make financial sense? I'm 29 at $180k base with additional compensation typically around 15-25% over the last few years.

I like what I'm doing I think, but a top MBA had always been one of those personal goals of mine. Goal would be to maybe switch to MBB where I think compensation is slightly higher than what I'm getting right now at my level.
