Having a tough time getting a Product Manager interview. I have 3.5 YOE in technology implementations for a startup (my client). First 2.5 years were spent building my clients software, most recent year has been as a project manager for them. I got offer letter from company but in the offer letter the joining date is mentioned 2 months before my LWD.
I checked with the HR (new company) regarding the joining date, he said to try to get early release but it won't be possible as my current manager will not release me early.
