Moving to the Bay Area fall this year from the east. I’ll be working out of Los Gatos and my wife out of San Bruno we have two kids (4 and 2). Looking at the move to the west as short term (~2 yrs) and looking to rent a place for now (2 or 3 bedroom max). Currently lm not able to decide between 2 offers. Product management Offer 1: TransUnion 19lpa with 2lpa variable included in it. The job is in my hometown so I don't need to pay for rent or other additional living costs. (leaning towards coz nice industry) Offer 2: Kaplan 26 lpa fixed The job is in bangalore so there will expenses related to living and initial migration costs.
