Tomorrow is my Date of Joining at HCL. I have completed submitting all my pre-requisites documents for onboarding formalities in Discover hcl portal.
Could anyone tell me how to join them tomorrow for the induction as I am just having the offer and appointment mail but no links as such to connect to them online.

Just got an offer for a tax manager position in the NY office.. was planning on switching to a flexible work arrangement if I stayed at pwc (working 3 days a week for a 60% pro rated salary). Does EY also offer flexible work arrangements/ transition to part time work?

How does negotiating an offer in the middle of the year to start in PE/ private debt work? Does your new employer give you a pro rated amount upfront as a signing bonus or do you get a full amount on their bonus calendar at the end of the year?

How useful is having worked with the PE practice (deal strategy, CDDs, etc.) of a consulting firm vs any other one when trying to break into PE? I understand it's probably better to come from such units but I wanted to understand in which ways it helps. Is it actually irreplaceable skills vs understanding of sector dynamics vs pure prestige?
