I am currently serving my notice period at PwC AC. They had given out a retention bonus in march with the clause to return it in full if an employee leaves the firm any time before march 2023. Tax was deducted when the bonus was paid out but as per the HR the tax will not be adjusted when I pay back the entire amount. Am I being underpaid? I earn £52.5k + £52.5k. Corporate AE (companies with 1000-5000 employees), 2 YOE as an AE, although I was an SDR for 2 years too (in my first year at current company). ACV roughly 50k. Quite complex sales cycles with a product that is hard to sell. 350k EUR quota.
