Not an Airbnb but sands at grace bay is amazing if you still need a place to stay. Been there a few times. If you’re going with a few people, you can rent a sailboat and they’ll take you out for the sunset and take you to some snorkeling spots
I stayed at an Airbnb and here is what I’ll say - the whole island is built to cater to Americans looking for a good time, and there is really no local culture that I could find to be honest. Maybe we didn’t do the right things etc, but my sister and I didn’t have a great time as there isn’t much to do, than lounge around in a resort while getting super drunk!
We did snorkel trips though and those were fun! My only recommendations - check out nature cafe, it’s amazing when they have live music
Eat as much conch as you can! It’s super fresh and available all over the island, especially small island shack like restaurants.
Everything will be super pricey - so be prepared.
Good luck! I really Hope your experience is better than ours!
I second the small conch shacks that are around the island
