I am working as a Test Specialist having 7 years of experience in Testing field. After learning programming for automation, I realise that I am not enjoying my job as automation engineer. Mobile app development excites me a lot. I started learning flutter and even created few small meaningful apps. Should I switch my field? Will it be a good decision after 7 years as QA? At 4 YOE in cybersecurity and 6 total YOE in a T1 city, making 110k a year and feeling very underpaid. Can I fix this by talking to my leadership and HR internally or is the only option to leave?

I’m a bariatric coordinator and an RN. I graduate with my MSN in executive leadership in December. I’ve always wanted to go into leadership. My CNO turned my current job into a “leadership” position. I feel like all of this was done in attempts to get me to “be quiet”. I feel so overlooked, and under appreciated. I’ve been a nurse for 8 years, and worked 7.5 years in high risk ICU. Where I was a charge nurse and a nursing house supervisor as well. Does anyone have any advice? I feel so deflated
