i had to see a physical therapist, ultimately, to help me figure out how to stretch and exercise to relieve that pain. sometimes especially around my period it still sucks, but there are ways to stretch and roll out your muscles that will help alleviate symptoms!

Depends on what your needs are! But I’d say at least a couple times a month if the pain is constant! Good luck :)

I struggle with piriformis pain from a hip injury. See if you can find a physical therapist who specializes in hips. I’ll message you, but that’s what helped me!

I started seeing a chiropractor and get a massage once a month. I still have pain sometimes but it has made a huge difference. Highly recommend.

Have you ever tried a chirp wheel? It’s like a foam roller but designed to roll along your spine. Supposedly rolling out the muscles all along your back can do wonders for lower back/butt pain LOL. My mom had sciatica pain and some disc issues, and when she has flares ups, she 100% swears by the chirp. Feel better soon!

I have seen these and wondered if they work! Thanks!!

For Progressive car insurance, they offered to give me a discount if I used their Snapshot driving monitoring device for the policy period (half year). What is the highest score I can get? Is it A or A+? I remember this used to be only a 30 day evaluation, now it has become 6 months, wtf? I’m in NY state if that matters. I hate gerrymandering. Regardless of who does it, though research and statistical analysis points to republicans doing it more aggressively and to greater effect. What happens here? Does it just get left unchecked? Or it does until it goes too far? SCOTUS has already said partisan gerrymandering is beyond the reach of federal courts.

Unfortunately in this situation due to location of spouse’s job -it’s fairly rural and that area doesn’t have the same level of education (kid is about to start K), diversity, convenience, jobs opps me, stuff to do or parks as our current city has. Switching jobs is not an option for him unfortunately. I do feel very guilty about the long commute for him though.
