Oh, it does help in increasing the length of your hair, also better hair ends. :)

You might be better off just applying it to your scalp overnight and washing your hair in the morning. Coconut oil is not heavily used in cooking because it can clog your arteries more than other oils.

Recently learned about the high smoke point for coconut oil. Making it one of the most preferred for properly cooking your meal. Food is safest when cooked at high temperatures.

Recently Accenture Atci roled out a hybrid work model for atci where in they announced employees can work from their native locations. Trying to apply for another position at the same company but my boss told me explicitly that if they find out people on our team are looking for other jobs, they will stop giving that person raises, promotions, bonuses, & access to opportunities. I have spoken with the hiring manager for the new position and he just asked me if I have notified my current manager. Not sure how to navigate this tricky situation. I will say this I love working with the students . I love getting to know them . I smile to myself when I go to work . I still feel this way after last week being asked my three different people about doing something where I told them that I was not going to do. following day I was then ambushed by admin (where I have never felt more like nothing. Following this encounter with people in charge I had an anxiety attack. This was terrible and I have no trust . TAs are mistreated. Similar story?

I keep waking up every 2-3 hours at night. I get up to pee rinse my mouth and generally can fall back asleep right away. It’s been happening for weeks now. Say I go to sleep at 11, I’ll wake up at around 1, then around 3:30, then around 5:30. I’ll often just stay up. Or I might try to snooze for another hour or so. I’d like to sleep through from 11-7 as I used to. I guess the good thing is I don’t need an alarm anymore.

Is BMI the right way of assessing if someone is overweight. I am 5.10 weighing 83 kg.however i am quiet slim looking for that weight. I did lose 3-4 kgs few months back and started looking too thin when people started asking " are you ok?" :)

Need suggestions for how to make cauliflower rice not taste like cauliflower.
