People from Mindtree please help. I have received offer letter from Mindtree for C4 position as Angular Developer. My base location is Mumbai and I don't wish to relocate under any circumstances. Do Mindtree have presence in Mumbai (please do consider their merger with LTI and LTI do have significant presence in Mumbai)? Do they have enough projects for Mumbai location and for Angular profile?

I mean cmaas manager total comp is up to 180+ for 1 rating, tier 2 city so I would have expected more given how great people say the comp is
4 or 5 depending on if early promo
Depending on your market, yes you can make around that number as a manager (3). It depends on your base, production, tenure with client, recruiting, and much more. I’ve been here over a year and i earned exactly what my projected comp was for year 1 (without recruiting payouts). With recruiting (which wasn’t included in my year 1 projection), i made 3X my PwC salary.
It’s not a pyramid scheme like EY 1 is portraying. He/she probably makes 60k, miserable as hell, and sits behind a screen all day.
Yeah because no one wants to transition into B4 except entry level college grads haha. But yeah those bonuses are trash. You think it would be more for those levels.
Not to burst your bubble, but that really isn’t that awesome depending on what group.
