Left PA as a senior 3 to go to industry in a financial reporting role. Been here two years and just feel bored. Could I get hired into advisory roles as a manager 1?
Deloitte or Accenture for Salesforce analyst role yoe-1.2, specifically in Einstein Analytics/Tableau Crm
About 6 months into a new job. Love the role, decently happy with the company, but realized I’m ~$20-$70k below median for the industry. Have a mid year review coming up and was curious if it’s way too early to bring something like that up. I don’t want to come off mercenary or greedy, but I’d love to close that gap by $20k and call it a day.
Anybody hired for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Role at HCL? Any tips/suggestions? How is the job like and work timings ?
Have a second round interview for a PM role next week — Does anyone know what the interview process/expectation is like between levels? @For example, you’re interviewing for a lower level, are the interview questions “easier” or is there a different quality of answer expected? Same question for higher levels. And full transparency, I know the questions are never truly “easy”, but curious what the difference is, if any. Thanks! Google
Looks like the plan to exit to FAANG will have to wait. Might be limited to AANG for now
Senior associate in the big 4 currently working on huge finance transformation project. This has given me a ton of stakeholder management experience and really put me in the deep end in terms of workload and client engagement. My question is, what's the best way to pivot for a relaxed high paying industry role? What type of roles do you more experienced consultants pivot to when you feel burnt out with your work and want to take on a completely different role in industry without a salary cut?
Anyone quit their job to study full time? Failed reg (again) and thinking of quitting to focus on passing then looking for a new gig once I’m done. My current role can’t sign off on my work experience requirement
Does anyone watch Severance? I just heard there's going to be a second season and I'm so ready. It's one of the only things actually worth watching on Apple TV+.
Say you apply to an internal role (and your manager knows about it), but you don’t get the job. Do you just let your manager know about it casually, and reiterate your interest in and commitment to the current team? Wouldn’t your manager be a bit wary of your renewed interest in the team now that your internal job application fell through ?
Hi All, I have an interview with IBM for an Product Manager role supporting The Weather app. Appreciate any advice to share to prepare
What would you do… I have been at my current company for about 8 months and really love it. A recruiter just reached out about a VP role that comes with a 40% bump in salary. Worth pursuing? Or should I stick it out and wait until the summer so I can hit a year with my current role and then look for a similar move?
MBB partners - Is it difficult to survive and hold your position as a partner long term? What are the challenges and how do you overcome?
Ive seen a few posts here where people mentioned going through burnout and then switching jobs. I am experiencing that myself, and currently on leave and working to relax and getting better myself. However, some companies contact me with interesting open roles. My question is, how did you approach the search “after” and what were the factors you valued the highest in the new role search? Id love if anyone could share about those transition experiences too. Thanks!
Ah the great Ad Agency Bubble, your agency is doing great, growing exponentially then boom, clients are lost, there are layoffs and there are no raises/promotions for a year. What do you do jump ship?
