On a project right now where I am the only senior with 3 staff under me. There is a manager and director but the manager is very uninvolved and the Director is slammed - I’ve essentially been left to run the project. My issue is the 3 staff are completely MIA (Director and Manager knows) - they don’t respond to emails, Teams messages, meeting invites, etc. What would you do in this situation? Role: VP of Operations, joining an Ops team that will be ~10 people total top to bottom

Offer: $200 base, $150 bonus, and ‘carry’ that is actually just a deal performance-based cash payment that is awarded to non-carry individuals (cont)
