My job application status says shortlisted in Mindtree Portal after 3 round of technical interviews. The recruiter told me he will send an invite for the HR round (10-15 days back) But i am yet to receive any information from them.
Can someone from #Mindtree help me understand what process they follow for recruitment?
I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Out with the old and in with the new? Heard a manager talking about the strategy of firing the bottom 10% every year and bringing in better people, bet he was discussing what is going on at Deloitte. With margins tightening the appetite for dead weight won't be what it used to be.
How much would it suck if you quit your firm went to Deloitte and they fire you.
I wonder if it's over, or are there more to come this week. PwC OP - bring it up with the team, see what they say.
If they're laying people off and you are interviewing for the same LOS I wouldn't expect to make that move.
They've had huge emphasis on work life balance and flexibility and it truly has worked - ergo people are happier, less people are quitting, and the business model can't sustain that. You can't have same number of managers as staff- therefore they are more strongly looking at layoffs. That being said - this would apply solely to the mediocre who in normal world wouldn't have lasted at the firm. You have nothing to be concerned about if you try hard and have some skill to back it up. If anything I'd say it's a good thing at the end of the day
Look at the "Top" posts, #4 & 5 both talk about it.
