Hello TCsers! It's been a year since I joined and currently I'm working for a hectic project 🥲. My mental health is not stable, depressed day by day due to the pressure. I've asked my manager multiple times regarding release and spoken to the HR as well.

Everytime I get 1 answer I.e. you'll have to complete "atleast 1 year" in this project. I had joined the project in March 21. Any suggestions? Please help me out.

I started working in TCS on 10th June 2021 and my LWD is 12th June 2022. According to the rules i should be eligible for the retention bonus but my HR is saying i probably will not get it. Not sure why TCS even conducts multiple technical rounds and rejecting candidates after submitting all the required documents saying your salary expectations are too high for our pay grades. Rather than why cannot they specify the salary bracket that they have been looking for clearly even before HR schedules the interview. Atleast candidates can decide if they want to go through all this process and ending up with no offer which will have an impact on morale.

I was interviewed 10 days ago n got email that I'm selected n asked to upload docs.They said my salary expectation is a bit high but I agreed to their mark(36% more than CCTC) as I was keen to get into that specific project.Now the HR called n said I can't be considered bcz of internal reason which can't be disclosed. She said "the market standards have been changed". I said evrythng was gud till ystdy rit. She said things changed overnight n she offered if I wanna join I can at join at jus >10% cctc

Hi Fishes,Urgent suggestion needed.I resigned from TCS on 20th of June and currently serving notice period. It’s been more than 2 months I haven’t received resignation acceptance email or got my LWD confirmed.Also not able to see anything inside Ultimatix>iTalent>myBox.Please let me know if this is normal in TCS or are there any chances due to these kinds of delays by HR my notice period will get extended?Really worried about this.Worst resignation process and policies here.

My LWD is 9 nov

My supervisor has been including me in WFO roster since August, but neither did I go to office nor I cancelled the roster.
I didn't received call from the supervisor or the HR also to come to office.

Now as my LWD is near so will this create any problem in FNF ?

TCS offered me 9.6 LPA, But current I'm having offer for 14.5 if i ask them to renegotiate will they able to do it.

Some people are telling stories they may revoke the offer and they never hire you is that true I'm totally scared 😨
