I’m being offered 2 projects. 1 Pros: ts/sci, web dev work. 1 cons: bad culture, several projects at one time, I’m projectless again in 6mo if not cleared then, w/ ts/sci I have to go in daily. 2 pros: stable project, public trust, possibly liking culture more, possibly wfh, I stay in my service line. 2 cons: dead tech stack (J2EE), I don’t know the culture so it’s a risk. Which would you take?
