I’m a bit of an introvert as well - I find it tough to put myself out there but I have a lot of fun when I do it. I’m looking forward to the MBA because it’ll make it easier for me to make connections and socialize. Plus, with hundreds of students in a class you’re sure to find people like you.
I don’t mean to be rude but if you’re not willing to get out of your comfort zone and do those things then no it’s not gonna be worth what you’re paying
One potential perspective: in addition to the learning/degree, you can use the two years as time to work on yourself and figure how to network and/or function in the Big Business No Nonsense Corporate Guy environment as an introvert. 2 years of school should be for self-betterment regardless, I don’t see why the goal of an MBA can’t include this :)
Even more so for you

I lean introvert. I have no problem meeting new people, I just can’t keep the energy going beyond 1-1.5 hrs. I value strong relationships with a handful of people over knowing everything about everyone. I look forward to being outside my comfort zone, but I’ll probably need to find my small group of friends that I feel I can develop a strong bond with.
I’m a huge introvert as well. I haven’t applied yet but plan to. I obviously hope to make friends, but given how that’s panned out in high school/college/work I don’t really expect to. I had just planned on going since I have the impression society/corporate America thinks they’re necessary to build a successful career

I’m a huge introvert too. I prioritized applying to programs that are structurally set up to make it easier (e.g. ones with a cohort set up)
