I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

Since then a number of events have occurred including the pandemic which have taken me further away from my goals. One of my goals was to find a mentor in this field for the long-term. It's been 2 months I have joined a new company. Here i'm unable to perform well all the time I feel insecure. As the technology is new to me and Due to more work pressure and strict project timeline i feel low and nervous all the time. i feel I'm dumb not able to solve simple problem. Also not getting the proper support from lead/manager, any task assigned to me, i had to do my own. Even if you ask for any help from any team members you need to ask lead before that.
