Had me moved to another team on the project and cont.’d to negatively talk about it to ldr’s and my new manager. To the point where ldr’s have met with me about it and my new mngr asked if I have any more mil leave etc. it’s going so far as impacting my next project. Long story short, the original mngrs comments are neg. impacting me. Grounds for HR? Idk what I can do

How do other, particularly small, partnerships deal with write offs of client bills? First month as partner and former boss, now partner, had me cover something last minute. Client freaked. How do you tell a manager that the reason you don’t ask them questions is because when you’ve asked them questions in the past they try to short answer you and then don’t give you an actual answer or try to help you in the least amount of way? I have asked her questions on training items that she didn’t really help me on in the past so I have struggled through a couple things with clients. She called me out on my time on this client and told me all of this in an EOD email.

Today, I felt proud of the firm's power.
We have a client that was hitting hard on one of our projects due to their internal fights, constantly blocking it. It demoralized our team and lost valuable consultants because of that project.

Now after some months of fighting back, one of the client's directors who was fighting us resigned.
Is the 3rd client's stakeholder (and hopefully the last) that we get out of our way in this project.

Hi, I currently own a house in The Netherlands. I was told by a seller agent that I can get €400k if I sell the house, my current mortgage is around €210k @ 1.65% year with payment of around € 1050.

I am planning to move to another country this year and I could rent the house for €1550.

Would it be wiser to sell it an invest the money and not worry about renting?
I currently have around 90k of investments and I am 32 years old.

In previous we use to submit provisional declaration with our proof at start of financial year and actual proof submission will be done only at next year jan- march .

But i heard that for each declaration there should be valid proof that needs to be submitted ?
