Im a crucial resource in Accenture, can i hope Accenture matches the counter offer for my yoe? Also, can I consider my manager word if they say that they will revise in next 3 or 6 mnths?

I've 6.5 yrs of experience in automation testing & agile methodology. Currently in CL9. I joined ACN with mindset that I'll move into management role after couple of years, but they put me into a project which is 100% opposite to my previous experience, both domain and techn wise. I'm planning to take up Agile Project Management role immediately (Scrum Master or PO) & my supervisor said he will help me making the shift. Is it worth for me to make this shift right now?
