Is this true?
Hey Googlers, I’m going in for my GCP TAM second round on Monday and had a few QQs for you all:
1. For the RRK2 case study if there is a scenario for handling peak time workloads where the client did a lift & shift of a monolithic architecture, is the best suggestion to move them to micro services to enable serverless and auto scaling features?
2. I was told that they’ll give me 15 mins to prep after the case study is shared live, would you suggest I build a 1 pager or is that not required?Google

I would like to know the best way to get into large tech companies like Google for non tech roles. Should I consider trying to work at a Tech company for a few years before switching back to healthcare? Google Amazon Accenture AbleTo CVS Health

I agree with G1 here. I also caution people against making Google some high pedestal dream. There are plenty of other amazing companies out there that are just as good, if not better for you, than Google.
You’ll end up disappointed in some way putting Google on such a high bar

Well we hire people that are passionate about their job
So start with finding a role that you like
Then become the expert (takes about 6-8 years) and have lots of experience.
Then apply

And stop doing the Kool aid thing (pwc one do the most recognizable names in blah blah blah).
In the tech space is all about your ability to deliver. If you dress up things - it makes it look like you don't have real skills.
Don't worry I used to do the same thing with another consulting firm. Better to cut out the fluff talk now
I don’t even work at G but you’re asking the wrong question. You know your skills, go see what fits your background on Google careers where you meet the qualifications.
Found 3 roles that fit me very well and I applied with no referral and had someone reach out in under 24 hours, and I’m in the interview process now.
