Hi, can anyone give an indication of how long the Citi salary negotiation takes? They made an offer and I went back with a counter offer and told it’s with HR for review - does anyone have any experience with this for senior roles SVP/Director pls?

I’m at $250k in a healthcare agency and have tech, start-up and Fortune 500 experience, too. It seems if I want to keep making more $, I have to keep working more hours, because as I move up, it’s more about helping build the company/agency (as opposed to just doing my strategy job). I don’t want to spend more of my personal time helping rich CEOs make more money. No dinners, no more committees, please. Where do I go to keep making more $ and leading a team, but remain a 9-5 cog in the machine?
