on medical leave from work anxiety & depression got the best of me and getting the help i need. now I’m scared ima be fired when i go back which isn’t helping me.. should i start looking ?

Anybody who has felt maxed out in recruitment? What do you do? Do you try other industries first but stay in recruitment or do you try to change positions with more diversity of tasks? I now feel that everything I do is the same old, and although they say I am doing a good job, it is also a constant stress daily for applicants not showing up, failing pre-employment requirements, etc and I wonder if this is also present in other areas of HR.

What are managers and above making in middle market FDD?

We have an autistic non-verbal child in my school who is destructive. He tore my room apart last year (I do not have him as a student. He got into my room during class change.)
We can’t leave our doors open.
We can’t let the kids in the hall if he is in the hall.
He has his own teacher and 2 aides.

Hi Everyone! Between corona and snowstorms, “real life” is seeming as far off as anything else. Curious to hear what some people are doing to keep their employees engaged? Hello everyone! I am looking for advice. I am a C&B Team lead ( about 15 years of experience) but all my experience was in Russia. Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. I am not ready for team leader's role now . So my question is about HR area, where could I find a job with my only Russian experience? HR generalist, C&B analyst, HR BP, recruiter?
