Got an offer for Electronic Arts (EA) Manager for North America (Canada) remote for 100k base CAD, 15 percent bonus and around low 40ks RSU (assuming it's USD). How much higher can the base be in Canada for EA for a Manager role? Base seems low even at 110 CAD. It's a corporate role so not anything technical or product related. Most or all the more senior managers are in the USA. Electronic Arts (EA)

You are paid more than fair for entry level.
I started in 2017, and pay was $57,500 for a 35 hour work week. I would say $56K is low especially for 1 year of experience. I believe most of our new hires out of school now start around $65K.

I’m in MI, fellow 2019 grad, I have friends who are associate UW’s making between 57-67K. We went to school for insurance, and while I know everyone doesn’t discuss their pay the lowest I had heard of anyone starting was 55K in the insurance industry (carrier side) and they were in a rating type position. I feel like that’s low- I have always thought Boston to be a high cost of living than MI.
I agree with this. I’ve been in insurance 12+ years also went to school for insurance and people started around $50-55k. I’ve heard top graduates in the $65-70k range in the Chicago area and consider Boston to be a higher cost of living. If due for a promotion in 6 months, could be worth seeing the salary. Don’t want to get in the habit of jumping companies but certainly that’s where I’ve seen my biggest increases. Take it with a grain of salt but I wouldn’t leave for less than 15-20% base increase assuming all else equal.
Thank you everyone!! This is helpful info
