I got an interview call from Deloitte recently and my 1st round was over. It went well. They said they will update me with feedback. But till now there is no response and it has been almost more than 2 weeks since 1st round completed. Is this usual with deloitte recruitment process, will they take long time for recruitment?

I had submitted my resignation a few days ago. It’s been an emotional few days sharing the news with the different teams that I work with. Everyone seems upset and I feel like I’m leaving my family, but the other job has better benefits/pay.

Looking for a sales position, over 20 years of sales and account management experience, the last 3 in tech. Tech roles have included HR SaaS, Logistics/ eCommerce, and recruiting SaaS. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Senior AE here with just under 5 years in the industry. I’m looking to move out of selling and into a sales engineer role. My current OTE is 205k, 115k Base with 90k variable. I understand that I’ll be taking a bit of a pay cut moving into a sales engineer role. I just interviewed for a Senior Sales Engineer role and their offer is 140k base + 20% bonus ($28k) + some amount of company stock (company is pre-IPO). Does this sound in line with other companies?

What are some “typical” career paths for Account Executives other than working up towards the largest enterprise AE roles. After being in sales for 6 years, I’m relatively naive to any other than “leadership” and wonder what other options to consider are out there. Has anyone been in the Vendition Sales Apprenticeship program? How many hours a week is it, and would it be possible to juggle another full-time position at the same time (remote)?

Need some advice. Work for AT&T corp Store Manager. Been in wireless industry for about 14 years. Base is about 60k and commission and incentives add to 35k extra. Single dad and have worries making less then 80-85k if I change companies. Don’t have degree but considered a top store managing about 20 people. Not getting the opp to progress past this level. What are good areas I should be looking at? Staying in sales or managing sales? Account manager etc. Not a fan of cold call type roles
