I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I'm halfway through a contract position and enjoying it, and would like to transfer to full-time, but I worry about the 90-day gap in employment and that I wouldn't be able to find the same position remotely with this company. 10 months in a new global brand side role,former agency of 15 years. Really struggling to find my footing. Projects are slow, no direction from leadership, everyone wants to outsource vs do the work, and challenging times trying to be at the right conversation bc either forgotten or just not included and should be. Med Tech 1 in Microbiology department at Rush University Medical Center for $28.60/hr. M-F, 1st shift. 2 years experience as Med Tech 1 in Molecular department at Quest Diagnostics. Yay or nay on the offer? Quest currently pays them $25.88/hr plus 15% shift differential because they’re night shift.

We recently sleep trained our 7 month son. He went from waking up multiple times during night and taking only 30 minute naps 3 times during day (most cases nursed to sleep or rocked to sleep or took a drive) to sleeping 12 hours at night without interruption and two 2 hour naps and one 45 minutes nap during day. We both love that he is getting enough sleep and well rested on one hand. On the other hand, we are now wondering if he is sleeping way too much.. contd…
